有关锶的比色方法,文献中所载不多,Lucchesi等曾提出用氯化苯胺酸比色测定锶,但该法比色前要求对所有阳离子须进行定量分离,因而操作繁杂,不能较快速地获得分析结果。我国盐卤资源丰富,随着提制盐卤中元素锶的迅速发展,迫切要求一简便快速的分析方法对锶进行测定。铬酸钾溶液在中性环境中为黄色,该溶液作为试剂在乙醇溶液中能将锶离子完全沉淀,把等量试剂加到含锶量不同的等体积溶液中,则随着锶含量的不同得到的沉淀量也不相同,将溶液与沉淀离心分离后,离心液中剩下了过量未作用的试剂,锶离子含量愈多,剩下未作用的试剂愈少,颜色愈浅。本文拟应用此原理比色测定锶。
