The Indian Law of the Federation of Canada is a law that governs indigenous peoples and the indigenous peoples registered under this law have full indigenous status. This article discusses the evolution and status of indigenous identity verification in Canada and compares the status of Canadian indigenous people with the identities of Chinese minorities.
