为进一步提高船用钢材质量,冶金部与六机部于元月8日～12日在上海联合召开了钢材质量会议。冶金部及其所属钢厂、研究所共十三个单位五十三位代表出席;六机部及其所属船厂、研究部门共十个单位二十六位代表出席了会议。冶金部钢铁司的张世雄同志与六机部物资局的贾庆文同志共同主持了会议。会议期间,代表们深入到江南、沪东、中华和上海等造船厂,参观了生产现场,访问了有关人员,召开了座谈会,听取了船厂的意见和要求,并就国产钢材与进口钢材的质量作了对比。
In order to further improve the quality of marine steel, the Ministry of Metallurgy and the Sixth Ministry of Machinery jointly held a steel quality conference in Shanghai from January 8 to December 12. Fifty-three representatives of 13 units of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and its affiliated steel mills and research institutes attended the meeting; 26 representatives from 10 units of the six-machine department and its affiliated shipyards and research departments attended the meeting. Comrade Zhang Shixiong of the Iron and Steel Department of the Ministry of Metallurgy and Comrade Jia Qingwen from the Materials and Materials Bureau of the Sixth Aircraft Department jointly presided over the meeting. During the conference, the delegates went to shipyards in Jiangnan, Hudong, Zhonghua and Shanghai, visited the production site, visited relevant personnel, held a symposium, listened to the opinions and requirements of the shipyard, and made reference to domestic steel products and imported steel products. The quality was compared.
