This article reports the first case of fulminant hepatitis due to hairy liver infiltrates. Case Report Patient 43 years old, female. 1987 was diagnosed as typical hairy cell leukemia. November 1988 patients due to face and neck spider nevus, liver palms and diffuse capillary dilation and treatment. Liver span was normal at that time. Laboratory tests: aspartate aminotransferase (AST) 56u / L (normal 12 ~ 31u / L); alkaline phosphatase (AKP) 283u / L (normal 76 ~ 196u / L); γ-glutamyl transferase (γ-GT) 157u / L (normal 6 ~ 35u / L); total bilirubin 10 pmol / L (normal ≤ 19umol / L); ultrasound examination showed normal liver and splenomegaly. Liver biopsy confirmed a small amount of hair cells infiltration and hemosiderin deposition, and liver cells without damage.
