我国加入WTO后,驶入经济全球化轨道既给我们提供了机遇,也带来了挑战。国际标准、规范的全面引入,既有利于加速我国市场经济体制的建立和完善,同时也将显现出我国管理体制、经济结构、产业竞争力等方面存在的差距。而这些问题的根源是机制转变不到位,产权制度仍不能适应市场经济发展的需要。因此,深化产权制度改革,优化企业的运行机制依旧是我国经济体制改革的主要工作。
After China's accession to the WTO, entering the track of economic globalization has given us both opportunities and challenges. The introduction of international standards and norms in an all-round way will not only accelerate the establishment and improvement of China's market economy system, but will also reveal the gaps in China's management system, economic structure and industrial competitiveness. The root cause of these problems is that the institutional change is not in place and the property rights system still can not meet the needs of market economy. Therefore, deepening the reform of property rights system and optimizing the operation mechanism of enterprises are still the main tasks of the reform of our economic system.
