小口径金刚石钻进水泵压力较大,需要通过水泵压力表随时观察孔内水量变化情况,以防止烧钻、糊钻及岩芯堵塞,保证正常钻进,提高钻探生产效率。目前我队使用的BW250/50型泥浆泵没有空气室,压力表直接接在安全伐上方,靠原有的减摆装置,压力表指针摆动很大,无法观察稳定的泵压,并且由于振动太大,压力表损坏也很多,这在泵压增大和孔深后尤为显著,因此不能满足小口径金刚石钻进的需要。为了解决这个问题,我们利用空气室原理,设计制作了一种小型的泵压缓振器,其结构如下图所示。

Large, gauge damage is also many, which is particularly significant after the pumping pressure increases and hole depth, it can not meet the needs of small diameter diamond drilling. In order to solve this problem, we use the air chamber principle to design a small pump vibration absorber, the structure as shown below.
