对8个圆钢管橡胶混凝土轴心受压短柱进行试验研究,探讨橡胶粉取代率和橡胶粉粒径对圆钢管橡胶混凝土承载力的影响。采用有关设计规程包括:美国ACI(2005)和AISC(2005)、日本AIJ(2008)、英国BS5400(2005)、欧洲EC4(2004)及中国DL/T 5085—1999(1999)、DB21/T 1746—2009(2009)等对圆钢管橡胶混凝土的承载力进行计算。结果表明:随着橡胶粉取代率的增加和橡胶粉粒径的增大,圆钢管橡胶混凝土的承载力、刚度均有下降的趋势;上述各设计规程均能较好地计算圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱的承载力,且计算结果偏于安全,其中,DL/T 5085—1999与圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱试验结果最为吻合。
The experimental research on eight short columns with axial compressive compression of round steel tubular rubber was carried out to investigate the effect of rubber powder substitution rate and rubber particle size on the bearing capacity of round steel tubular rubber concrete. The design rules adopted include: ACI (2005) and AISC (2005), Japan AIJ (2008), UK BS5400 (2005), Europe EC4 (2004) and China DL / T 5085-1999 (1999), DB21 / T 1746 -2009 (2009) calculated the bearing capacity of round steel tubular rubber concrete. The results show that with the increase of rubber powder substitution rate and the increase of particle size of rubber powder, the bearing capacity and stiffness of round steel tubular rubber concrete tend to decrease. All the above design rules can well calculate the short Column bearing capacity, and the calculation results are biased to safety, among them, DL / T 5085-1999 and round steel tube concrete short column test results most in line.
