本文用正常和限制钠大鼠研究了血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)促进刺激所致~3H-去甲肾上腺素(~3H-NE)从中枢两个心血管调节区释放的作用。AngⅡ(10~(-7)M)促进~3H-NE从Sprague-Dawley和Wistar大鼠的孤束核A_2区释放,但不促进从前下丘脑释放。用限钠饲料喂养大鼠,则阻滞AngⅡ促进~3H-NE释放的作用。同时给予Captopril和低钠饲料,可部分恢复AngⅡ的促进作用。慢性静脉输注AngⅡ,与限制钠引起同样的对AngⅡ促进~3H-NE释放作用的阻滞。这些结果表明,低钠饲料能通过与肾素-血管紧张素系统相互作用而改变AngⅡ促进~3H-NE释放的作用。
In this study, the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) on the release of ~ 3H-norepinephrine (~ 3H-NE) from the two cardiovascular regulatory regions of the central nervous system were studied using normal and sodium-limiting rats. AngⅡ (10 -7 M) promoted ~ 3H-NE release from the solitary nucleus A 2 region in Sprague-Dawley and Wistar rats, but did not promote the release from the anterior hypothalamus. Rats fed sodium restriction diet blocked the effect of Ang II on 3H-NE release. Captopril and low-sodium diet at the same time, can partially restore the role of Ang Ⅱ. Chronic intravenous infusion of Ang II, in contrast to sodium, causes the same blockade of Ang II-promoted 3H-NE release. These results indicate that low-sodium diet can change the effect of AngⅡ on the release of 3H-NE through interaction with the renin-angiotensin system.
