课堂教学中的关系,是教与学、师与生的关系。教师有自己的教法,学生有学生的学法。教师的教能否服从学生的学,能否服务于学生的学,是优化教学过程,提高教学质量的关键。如果把握这一关键?我认为要做到两个统一。一是教师自己的教学活动与学生的学习活动有机的统一。二是把握住教学知识的逻辑顺序与学生的心理发展顺序有机的统一。这样就使得教师和学生组成一个有机的、有序的、互相联系的动态发展的统一体,使教与学的活动达到最佳状态。
The relationship between classroom teaching is the relationship between teaching and learning, teacher and students. Teachers have their own teaching methods, students have students learn law. Whether teachers’ teaching abides by the students’ learning and whether they can serve the students’ learning is the key to optimizing the teaching process and improving the teaching quality. If you grasp this key? I think we should do two unity. First, the teacher’s own teaching activities and student learning activities organic unity. The second is to grasp the logical order of teaching knowledge and the order of students’ psychological development organically.
