2004年,房产配套在家电企业中掀起了更大的波澜。大大小小的企业似乎都在一夜之间认识到了这一市场上的商机,或在原有业务的基础上进行产品线的延伸,或者针对工程的特点着手战略的调整,组织成立相关的部门;流通企业也将工程团购纳入自己的经营范畴,而装修企业甚至也开始考虑向产品制造领域发展。一时间,似乎谁都具备了向房产市场提供工程配套产品的能力。 无疑,未来房产市场是企业比拼实力的一个重要战场。那么,今天,家电企业如何面对这一市场?怎么才能走进去并取得相应的成绩,打好竞争的基础? 在未来的房产市场中,家电产品是否也会向国外那样通过建材批发商走进消费者家中?建材市场、家电产品制造商以及家装公司之间到底应该是一种什么样的关系?家电企业如何博弈房产市场,何为取胜之道?本期我们请来了A.O.史密斯的丁威总经理、林内进口品房产营运课长方勇、厦门热水器专业代理商苏立琦等业内知名人士谈谈他们对这个市场的看法。 In 2004, real estate facilities set off more waves in the appliance business.
