我国工程上习惯采用外表颜色单一、纹理结构均匀的集料,对于不同颜色、不同纹理结构的混合岩往往不敢应用。为指导岳武高速公路隧道洞渣酸性混合岩在沥青混合料中充分利用,进行了大量研究。根据试验结果,确定岳武高速公路为酸性片麻岩为主的酸性混合岩;根据混合岩集料技术指标检测结果,采用四级破碎加工工艺生产极大完善了集料针片状指标;从拌和工艺和掺加消石灰(水泥)改善粘附性机理出发,统一并优化了粘附性试验方法;最后通过热冲击和水煮法耐候性试验。分析认为酸性混合岩的热稳定性、耐候性具有一定的优越性,能够满足工程应用要求。
