旧水泥混凝土路面常用的修复方法有:面层直接加铺法、破碎灌浆法、破碎换板法等几种常用方法,但不同程度存在基板难以稳固或路基压实不彻底,承载层软弱,造成新铺面层仍易损坏。并且因施工设备落后造成劳动强度大,施工作业速度缓慢、费用高、影响交通时间长等弊端,而冲击压实机能够很好地解决这个问题。现简单介绍和分析冲击压实机的工作原理、压实效果和相应的施工工艺,以期在今后水泥混凝土路面的修复中,更有效地推广使用这种新型筑路机械和技术。
The commonly used methods for repairing the old cement concrete pavement are as follows: direct surface coating, crush grouting, crushing and plate replacement, etc. However, in some extent, it is difficult to stabilize the substrate or the embankment compaction is not complete and the bearing layer is weak, resulting in The new pavement is still easily damaged. And due to backward construction equipment, labor intensity, slow construction operation speed, high cost and long traffic time are the disadvantages. Impact compactors can solve this problem well. Now simply introduce and analyze the impact compactor working principle, the compaction effect and the corresponding construction technology, in order to repair the cement concrete pavement in the future, more effectively promote the use of this new road construction machinery and technology.
