为解决由热轧带钢不良断面形状遗传到冷轧带钢而引起的钢卷局部突起缺陷,在分析猫耳形磨损辊型对热轧带钢断面形状不良影响的基础上,提出了以抑制热轧带钢边部增厚和局部高点相对高度为目的的工作辊余弦辊型。模拟计算和实验表明,余弦辊型明显改善了带钢断面形状、降低了边部增厚和局部高点的相对高度,解决了冷轧钢卷局部突起缺陷问题,并为现场解决类似问题提供了新思路。
