本文研究了用甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取铁(Ⅲ)-邻菲绕啉-硫氰酸盐络合物以比色测定硝酸钍中微量铁的方法。甲基异丁基酮中络合物的最大吸收波长在525毫微米,铁含量在0~10μg Fe_2O_3/5ml MIBK 范围内服从此耳定律,对铁的克分子消光系数~ε525mμ为2.3×10~4。本法灵敏度高:水相中0.04微克Fe_2O_3/毫升,就可得0.06光密度读数。测定的准确度与精密度也较好。方法简便、快速,适宜于生产上控制分析之用。
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace iron in thorium nitrate by colorimetric extraction of iron (Ⅲ) -phenanthroline-thiocyanate complexes with methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) was studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex in methyl isobutyl ketone was 525 nm and the iron content was within the range of 0 ~ 10μg Fe_2O_3 / 5ml MIBK. The molar extinction coefficient of iron to ε525mμ was 2.3 × 10 ~ 4 . The sensitivity of this method is high: 0.04 microgram Fe_2O_3 / ml in the aqueous phase gives 0.06 optical density reading. Determination of the accuracy and precision is better. The method is simple, rapid and suitable for production control analysis.
