目的:探讨低温等离子灭菌常见问题,并对其进行分析,及时提出相关管理对策,以减少医院感染发生,保障患者生命安全。方法:通过分析衢州市人民医院2014年1月—2016年1月800次低温等离子灭菌中的失败问题。结果:经分析发现,其中主要原因为器械未干燥,共5次,占41.7%;其次为人为操作不当,共4次,占33.3%;物品装载不当为1次,占8.3%;机器本身故障1次,占8.3%;其他1次,占8.3%。根据以上各原因来加强员工培训,提高器械清洁度,保障器械干燥。合理、规范性摆放灭菌物品;定期进行仪器保养;强化安全意识及加强监测力度。结论:根据医院自身实际情况制定合理的管理对策可有利于保障低温等离子灭菌成功。
Objective: To investigate the common problems of low temperature plasma sterilization and to analyze them, and put forward relevant management strategies in time to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections and ensure the safety of patients. Methods: The failure problems in 800 low-temperature plasma sterilization conducted by Quzhou People’s Hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were analyzed. Results: The analysis showed that the main reason was that the device was not dried for 5 times, accounting for 41.7%; followed by improper human operation, a total of 4 times, accounting for 33.3%; improper article loading was 1 time, accounting for 8.3%; the machine itself was faulty 1 times, accounting for 8.3%; other times, accounting for 8.3%. According to the above reasons to strengthen staff training, improve equipment cleanliness, to protect the equipment dry. Reasonable, normative placed sterilization items; regular maintenance of equipment; strengthen safety awareness and strengthen monitoring efforts. Conclusion: According to the actual situation of the hospital to develop a reasonable management countermeasures can help ensure the success of low temperature plasma sterilization.
