目的观察洛美沙星与环丙沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性。方法选择符合诊断标准的患者98例患者,随机分为2组,实验组48例,应用洛美沙星注射液0.4g,ivdrip,qd,疗程7～10d;对照组50例,应用环丙沙星注射液0.4g,ivdrip,qd,疗程7～10d。结果实验组的痊愈率、有效率为81.25%、97.96%,对照组为76.0%、92.0%;实验组的细菌清除率为85.0%,对照组为84.21%;实验组的不良事件反应率为4.44%,对照组为4.0%,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论洛美沙星注射液在治疗下呼吸道感染中有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of lomefloxacin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 98 patients with diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received 48 hours of treatment with lomefloxacin injection 0.4g ivdrip qd for 7-10 days. In the control group, 50 cases were treated with ciprofloxacin Injection 0.4g, ivdrip, qd, treatment 7 ~ 10d. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was 81.25% and 97.96%, respectively. The control group was 76.0% and 92.0%. The bacterial clearance rate was 85.0% in the experimental group and 84.21% in the control group. The adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 4.44 %, Control group was 4.0%, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lomefloxacin injection in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection have a good clinical efficacy and safety.
