高可靠性、长寿命是专用机械设备重要效能特征,设计阶段进行专用机械设备系统可靠性研究尤为重要。本项工作通过专用机械设备系统可靠性建模、指标分配、故障模式影响及危害性分析、关键件可靠性和耐久性设计、系统可靠性预计五个步骤的研究,提出了主要部件的可靠性保证措施和具体改进建议,改进后的可靠性预计结果表明,专用机械设备满足了设计任务要求。通过本项研究,摸索出了“突破少数关键、归整多数零碎”的专用机械设备系统可靠性设计思路,为专用机械设备可靠性研究奠定了方法和技术基础。
