当下世界经济体制正在发生翻天覆地的变化,中国等发展中国家接过世界经济这杆大旗,所发挥的作用愈发重要,在这种情况下关于全球经济治理的话语权也随着逐步提升,西方的老牌发达国家,在国际经贸规则中的主导地位面临着严峻的挑战。因此,这些发达国家急于重新塑造经贸秩序,再次夺回昔日的主导权,从根本上对当下的新兴市场国家进行打压。为做出积极应对逐步形成的新规则,中国需要在参与的基础上引领这种新规则的制定,以实现在国际经贸新规则中的话语权。
