幼儿体育锻炼是以幼儿为主体,通过以身体活动的方式,达到增强体质,培养秩序感、道德感,并合理体现幼儿追求人格、人性完善、表达人性原始的真、善、美的活动教育方式。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以幼儿体育锻炼的生理、心理基础理论为依据,对幼儿体育锻炼的概念进行理解与界定,指出幼儿体育锻炼方式、锻炼方法、锻炼原则,并提出幼儿体育锻炼的意义,以期为今后幼儿体育锻炼提供理论依据。
