我国高职院校人力资源管理存在的问题主要体现为师资队伍学历层次偏低,数量缺口严重;行政管理人员职业化不足,职教观念落后于现代教育发展需求;人力资源的管理模式陈旧老套,与高职院校发展需求存在差距;整体的人员结构不尽合理,存在匹配错位现象。这些问题的成因一是人力资源理念滞后,二是职业化定位模糊,三是人力资源开发不足。要解决这些问题,需要更新人力资源管理观念,提升行政人员素质,创新内部治理模式,优化人员配置结构。
The problems existing in human resource management in higher vocational colleges in our country are mainly reflected in the low level of academic qualifications, the serious shortage of numbers, the lack of professionalization of administrative staff and the lagging of the concept of vocational education in the demand of modern education. The human resources management model is outdated , There is a gap between the development needs of higher vocational colleges and the overall staff structure is not reasonable, there is a mismatch phenomenon. One of the causes of these problems is lagging behind the concept of human resources, the second is the vague positioning of professionalism, the third is the lack of human resources development. To solve these problems, we need to update the concepts of human resources management, improve the quality of administrative staff, innovate the internal governance model and optimize the staffing structure.
