介绍了真空空心阴极电弧焊接设备研制和焊接工艺研究情况。这是为解决钛合金容器焊接存在的飞溅问题而发明的一种先进的焊接工艺方法 ,在真空条件下 ,采用管状空心阴极 ,通入少量氩气 ,从而引燃电弧进行焊接。空心阴极焊接设备由空心阴极焊枪、真空系统、焊接电源、气体流量控制单元、总控制箱组成。文中详述了空心阴极焊枪设计、引弧试验情况及钛合金焊接工艺试验 ,结果表明焊接接头拉伸强度达到标准的要求 ,特别是与电子束焊相比 ,焊缝背面无焊接飞溅
The development of vacuum hollow cathode arc welding equipment and the research of welding technology are introduced. This is an advanced welding process invented to solve the problem of splashing in the welding of titanium alloy containers. Under vacuum, a tubular hollow cathode is used and a small amount of argon gas is introduced to ignite the arc for welding. Hollow cathode welding equipment from the hollow cathode welding torch, vacuum system, welding power supply, gas flow control unit, the total control box. In this paper, the design of hollow cathode torch, pilot arc test and titanium alloy welding process are described in detail. The results show that the tensile strength of welded joint reaches the standard, especially compared with electron beam welding, there is no welding spatter on the back of weld
