当前,盐行业进入一个较为艰难的转型调整期,从内外环境来看,盐行业主要面临三大矛盾:一是宏观经济下行需求不足与盐业产能过剩的矛盾。全球经济深度调整,复苏动力不足,国内经济环境复杂,经济下行压力持续增大,社会总需求不足,必然传导到作为化工基础原料的盐行业。盐行业经过多年的规模扩张,产能已明显过剩,加上产品结构单一,产业集中度低,工业盐市场无序竞争,使得制盐企业经营困难加大。从今年前8个月的情况来看,制盐企业生产经营已经进入一个历史上较为困难的时期。 At present, the salt industry has entered a period of relatively difficult restructuring. The deep adjustment of the global economy, insufficient recovery momentum, complicated domestic economic environment, continued downward pressure on the economy and insufficient aggregate social demand are inevitably transmitted to the salt industry, which is the basic raw material for chemical industry. Salt industry after years of scale expansion, production capacity has been significantly excess, coupled with a single product structure, industrial concentration is low, the disorderly competition in the industrial salt market, making salt business difficulties increased. From the first eight months of this year’s situation, salt production and operation of enterprises has entered a more difficult period in history.
