目前,大多数供电所的员工除少数由县供电企业配置外,其余农电工大多实行社会招聘,并且随着农村电网进一步扩张和发展,农电社会化用工力度也在不断扩大。这样,如何既高效、又准确地对农电工进行招聘测评是县供电企业人事部门面前的关键课题。
