目的探讨气管插管全麻下纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检可行性。方法对23例气管插管全麻下纤支镜检患者进行回顾性分析和总结。结果所有患者术中无躁动,术后无记忆,均安全顺利地完成纤维支气管镜检。结论气管插管全麻可减轻纤支镜检患者的痛苦,增加操作的安全性。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of bronchofibroscope (bronchofibroscope) examination under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. Methods Twenty-three patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results All patients had no agitation during operation and no postoperative memory. All patients underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy safely and smoothly. Conclusion Tracheal intubation general anesthesia can reduce the pain of patients with bronchoscopy, increase the safety of the operation.
