本刊1994年第4期和本期分别刊登了《德国银行防盗防抢劫的经验》和《德国珠宝行业防盗防抢劫的经验》,其中很多做法值得我们借鉴,特别德国从最终安全的效果上细致而全面地研究与考虑各种安全防范措施,很值得我国同行学习。现在,我国很缺乏这种做法,似乎安全防范就是安装几个入侵探测器或摄象机、报警器。我们希望,我国的安全防范行业的一些公司也能学习德国的做法,不断研究和总结经验,使安全技术防范的水平“更上一层楼”。
