国外在如何解决涡轮流量计测量较高温度介质流量方面做了不少工怍,使被测量介质上限温度不断提高,最高可达400℃。但是,国内目前的涡轮流量计只能用于100℃以下的介质流量测量(实际使用时在80℃左右)。随着化工及其它工业生产的发展,对流量测量也提出了更高的要求,即要求测量精度高,又希望适用范围广。为了解决涡轮流量计测量较高温度介质的流量问题,我们做了一些试验工作,对目前仪表厂生产的LW型涡轮流量计(见图1)进行了一些改进,
How to solve the foreign turbine flowmeter measurement of higher temperature medium flow has done a lot of workmanship, so that the maximum temperature of the medium being measured continuously improve, up to 400 ℃. However, the current domestic turbine flowmeter can only be used for medium flow measurement below 100 ℃ (the actual use of about 80 ℃). With the development of chemical industry and other industrial production, the measurement of the flow also puts forward higher requirements, that is, the requirement of high measurement accuracy and a wide range of applications. In order to solve the problem that the turbine flowmeter measures the flow of the medium with higher temperature, we did some experiments to make some improvements to the LW-type turbine flowmeter (see Figure 1)
