为保障矿山生产安全,防止矿山事故,保护矿山职工人身安全,由劳动部组织起草,经人大常委会批准通过了建国以来我国第一部劳动安全法律——《矿山安全法》。《矿山安全法》内容包括:总则、矿山建设、开采的安全保障、矿山企业的安全管理、矿山事故处理、法律责任以及附则等八章五十条。主要规定:矿山建设工程的安全
