目的 :探讨前臂骨间膜前面尺侧的动脉分布及其与心经穴位的关系。方法 :成人前臂动脉乳胶灌注及墨汁灌注的标本 ,解剖观测其骨间膜前面尺侧的动脉分布。结果 :前臂骨间膜前面尺侧的动脉来自骨间前动脉及其前终末支的节段性分支 ,在心经沿线 2、3寸处的动脉支出现率均大于 5 9.3% ,2寸处动脉支管径粗、分支多、供血量大 ,且向下密集分布到与心经穴位相关的骨间膜远段。结论 :前臂骨间膜前面尺侧的动脉呈节段性分支分布 ,与心经相关穴位的血管分布较密集
Objective: To study the distribution of arteries in the ulnar front anterior interosseous membrane and its relationship with the meridian points. Methods: The specimens of adult forearm arterial emulsion infusion and ink infusion were dissected to observe the distribution of arteries on the ulnar side of the interosseous membrane. Results: The ulnar artery in the anterior interosseous membrane came from the segmental branches of anterior interosseous artery and its anterior terminal branch. The prevalence rates of arterial branches were 2,39% Artery branch diameter coarse, multi-branch, the amount of blood supply, and down intensively distributed to the meridian points associated with the distal part of the interosseous membrane. CONCLUSION: Arterial ulnar artery in the anterior interosseous membrane presents segmental branch distribution, and the blood vessels in the points related to the heart and the meridian are more densely distributed
