以茶叶副产物——茶叶末为原料,采用干酵母进行改性,研究干酵母的用量、发酵时间、温度和湿度对茶叶末吸附剂性能的影响。结果表明,干酵母改性有助于提高其吸附性能,随着干酵母用量、发酵时间、温度和湿度的增大,茶叶末吸附剂对甲醛和苯的吸附性能呈先升后降的趋势。在较优的工艺条件下,茶叶末吸附剂对甲醛、苯的吸附量分别达到0.209、0.158 g·g~(-1)。
The by-product of tea - the end of tea as raw material, the use of dry yeast modified to study the amount of dry yeast, fermentation time, temperature and humidity on the end of tea adsorbent performance. The results showed that the modification of dry yeast could improve its adsorption ability. With the increase of the amount of dry yeast, fermentation time, temperature and humidity, the adsorption properties of formaldehyde and benzene on the adsorbent of tea leaves first increased and then decreased. Under the optimal conditions, the adsorption capacity of formaldehyde and benzene on the adsorbent of tea leaves reached 0.209 and 0.158 g · g -1, respectively.
