一、基本概况我省机关事业单位的养老保险工作,自1992年陆续开展起来,省、市、县(市、区)先后在人事部门建立了机关事业单位社会保险经办机构。1999年5月,根据国家和省调整社会保险机构的精神,全省机关事业单位社会保险职能、机构和人员统一从人事部门调整到了劳动保障部门。现在共有165个经办机构,1069名工作人员。目前,全省机关事业单位合同制工人、聘用制干部和乡镇选聘干部养老保险制度已全面运转;机关事业单位全员养老保险工作在全省17个市不同程度地开展起来。济南等11个市已经全部开展,青岛等6个市在部分 First, a basic overview of our province organs and institutions of pension insurance work, one after another since 1992, provinces, cities and counties (cities, districts) in the personnel department has set up agencies and institutions social insurance agencies.
