少数民族民间档案是我国国家档案资源的重要组成部分,在档案资源建设中,应大力开展少数民族民间档案的抢救与保护工作。本文提出我国少数民族民间档案保护主体应构建一个多元体系,包括各级各类档案局(馆);古籍办、方志办、图书馆、博物馆、纪念馆、有关的教学科研机构;档案、民族、历史、文化、收藏、艺术等类社会组织以及非物质文化遗产传承人群体等。目前各主体针对少数民族民间档案的保护虽有一定的成果和成效,但仍有不足,需要通过有效举措进一步加强和改进。
Minority ethnic archives are an important part of China’s national archival resources. In the construction of archives resources, the rescue and protection work of ethnic archives among ethnic minorities should be vigorously carried out. This paper proposes that the main body of folk archives protection in our country should construct a pluralistic system, including various archives bureaus (museums) at all levels, ancient books offices, local churches, libraries, museums, memorial hall, relevant teaching and research institutes, archives, nationalities and history , Culture, collection, art and other social organizations as well as intangible cultural heritage heritage groups. At present, although there are some achievements and achievements in protecting the non-governmental archives of ethnic minorities, the main bodies still have some shortcomings and need to be further strengthened and improved through effective measures.
