Multiple organ failure (MOF) refers to the function of multiple organs in severe infection or trauma, in a short period of time simultaneously or successively two or more system organ failure. A retrospective analysis of 460 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (referred to as pulmonary heart disease) admitted to our hospital from 1985 to 1989 was conducted to investigate the relationship between pulmonary heart disease and MOF and to provide basis for improving treatment measures to reduce the occurrence of MOF Rate and mortality. Clinical data 460 cases of patients with acute episodes of pulmonary heart disease in patients with concurrent MOF120 cases. 61 males and 59 females, aged 45 to 84 years old. 80 patients over the age of 60 (67%). This group of patients are based on Yin [Yin original meaning, and so on. Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, 1986; 9 (3): 139] diagnostic criteria proposed by the diagnosis. Results Two cases of organ failure in this group were 89 (74.2%) and 15 (15.9%) died. Three organ failure
