鞋业是劳动力密集型的轻纺工业,该行业在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要是粉尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯(以下合称“三苯”)、丁酮、丙酮、正己烷、环己烷、环己酮、高频电磁场、噪声等。不论是国家,还是劳动者都越来越重视职业卫生的问题,对于劳动力密集型的制鞋业,其职业卫生管理与监督更是首当其冲。随着时代进步,该行业生产工艺和自动化水平不断提高,但是职业病防治仍是难点。本文简要地对鞋业职业病危害的因素进行分析并探讨如何防治。
Footwear is a labor-intensive textile industry. The main occupational hazards in the industry are dust, benzene, toluene, xylene (hereinafter collectively referred to as “triphenyl”), butanone, acetone, Alkane, cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, high-frequency electromagnetic fields, noise and the like. Regardless of the country, or workers are more and more emphasis on occupational health issues, the labor-intensive footwear industry, occupational health management and supervision is the first to bear. With the progress of the times, the production technology and automation level of the industry continue to increase, but the prevention and control of occupational diseases is still difficult. This article briefly analyzes the factors of occupational hazards in the footwear industry and discusses how to prevent and control it.
