目的探讨循证药学在药学信息咨询中的应用价值。方法选取2011年1月至6月应用循证药学开展药学信息咨询工作的200例患者,作为观察组;另抽取2010年1月至6月行常规药学信息咨询的150例患者为对照组。比较两组效果。结果观察组患者不同用药途径不良反应发生率为12.5%,明显低于对照组的35.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且以静脉滴注引发不良反应最多。观察组患者应用中药制剂后不良反应发生率为10.5%,明显低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);以灯盏细辛注射液、清开灵注射液为主。观察组患者护理总满意度为95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论药学信息咨询过程中应用循证药学能明显提高用药合理性,降低药物不良反应率,改善患者咨询满意度。
Objective To explore the value of evidence-based pharmacy in pharmacy information consultation. Methods A total of 200 patients who carried out pharmacy information consultation using evidence-based pharmacy from January to June in 2011 were selected as the observation group. Another 150 patients who underwent routine pharmacy information consultation from January to June in 2010 were selected as the control group. Compare the two effects. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (35.3%) (P <0.01). The most adverse reaction was induced by intravenous drip. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.5%, significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of evidence-based pharmacy in pharmacy information consultation can obviously improve the rationality of medication, reduce the rate of adverse drug reaction and improve the patient’s satisfaction degree.
