早期发现慢性锰中毒,使之能及时治疗,对于保证工人健康,有着十分重要的现实意义。因此探求慢性锰中毒新的诊断指标,已越来越为人们所重视。近年来,国内外对头发锰含量在职业性锰中毒诊断上的价值进行了一些研究,为探讨这一指标的实用意义,我们于今年上半年,对我矿302名锰作业工人及湘潭市139名非锰作业工人进行了发锰测定。现整理结果如下:
