目的调查新疆墨玉县乡(镇)卫生院卫生服务人员工作满意度的影响因素,以便采取措施提高工作满意度,从而更好地为病人服务。方法 2015年11月调查小组以墨玉县乡(镇)卫生院卫生服务人员为调查对象,采取自填式问卷调查。结果墨玉县乡(镇)卫生院卫生服务人员工作总体满意度得分为(115.729±10.513)分;其中领导[(13.654±2.149)分]、同事关系[(13.288±2.162)分]及工作性质[(14.851±2.143)分]等满意度水平较高,晋升[(11.965±2.421)分]、激励[(11.035±2.168)分]及工作流程[(10.512±2.437)分]等满意度较低;普通乡卫生院医务人员的总工作满意度较高,多重线性分析显示女性的满意度高于男性,有培训机会的满意度高于无培训机会;而随着职称的升高,工作满意度水平反而降低。结论墨玉县乡(镇)卫生院服务人员整体工作满意度处于一般水平,医院及政府部门可根据影响因素采取措施提高工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of job satisfaction of health service personnel in township (town) hospitals in Moyu County, Xinjiang in order to take measures to improve job satisfaction so as to better serve the patients. Methods In November 2015, the investigation team took the health service personnel in the township (town) hospitals in Moyu County as the survey subjects and took a self-administered questionnaire. Results The overall satisfaction score of health workers in MOHU township (town) hospitals was (115.729 ± 10.513) points, among which the leaders [(13.654 ± 2.149) points), the relationship between colleagues (13.288 ± 2.162) and the nature of work [(14.851 ± 2.143) points], higher [satisfaction (11.965 ± 2.421)], motivation (11.035 ± 2.168), and workflow (10.512 ± 2.437) . The general job satisfaction of medical staff in ordinary township hospitals was higher. Multiple linear analysis showed that the satisfaction of women was higher than that of men. The satisfaction of training opportunities was higher than that of no training opportunities. With the increase of titles, job satisfaction Instead, the level of decline. Conclusion The overall job satisfaction of service staff in township (town) hospitals in Moyu County is at a normal level. Hospitals and government departments can take measures to improve their job satisfaction according to the influencing factors.
