本文研究了Si-Zr-Mo-V系高温抗氧化涂层的加涂工艺参数对该涂层抗氧化性能的影响;介绍了涂层试样的金相检验、X光相分析;测定了涂层试样的高温抗氧化性能、抗热震性能、对基材的浸润性、室温弯曲和室温拉伸性能及半球向全辐射系数等性能;经性能检验表明,该涂层系具有良好的高温抗氧化性能和抗热震性能,加涂SCb-291铌合金在1700℃大气中静态抗氧化寿命大于40分钟,加涂C-103铌合金在1800℃大气中静态抗氧化寿命在30分钟以上。
In this paper, the effect of coating process parameters on the oxidation resistance of Si-Zr-Mo-V high temperature oxidation-resistant coatings was studied. The metallographic examination and X-ray phase analysis of coating samples were introduced. Layer high temperature oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, wettability to the substrate, room temperature bending and tensile properties at room temperature and hemispherical full emissivity and other properties; performance tests show that the coating system has a good high temperature Antioxidant properties and thermal shock resistance, plus coated with SCb-291 niobium alloy in the atmosphere at 1700 ℃ static antioxidant life of more than 40 minutes, plus coated C-103 niobium alloy in the 1800 ℃ atmospheric static antioxidant life of more than 30 minutes.
