目的分析2003—2012年首钢地区(首钢总公司职工居住区)居民脑卒中死亡率及其变化趋势,并评价首钢地区居民心脑血管疾病的防治效果。方法 2003—2012年首钢地区户籍人口脑卒中死亡数据和户籍人口数分别来源于石景山区疾病预防控制中心死因登记报告信息系统和石景山区统计局。采用回归分析方法计算脑卒中死亡率的变化趋势和年变化率。结果 2003—2012年首钢地区居民中共2 537例死于脑卒中,其中男1 474例(58.1%),女1 063例(41.9%)。2003—2012年首钢地区居民标化死亡率为59.9/10万,男性为70.5/10万,女性为49.2/10万。2003—2012年首钢地区居民标化死亡率呈下降趋势,年平均下降幅度为3.6%(P=0.005),女性下降幅度为4.9%(P=0.002),男性下降幅度为2.5%(P=0.075)。10年间,55~64岁组和65~74岁组标化死亡率呈下降趋势(b=-0.071,P=0.015;b=-0.055,P=0.002)。结论 2003—2012年首钢地区居民脑卒中标化死亡率呈下降趋势,女性下降趋势明显,55岁以上居民呈下降趋势。首钢地区长期高血压管理可能是该地区脑卒中死亡率下降的原因。
Objective To analyze the stroke mortality rate and its changing trend among residents in Shougang area (Shougang Corporation headquarter staff residence area) from 2003 to 2012 and to evaluate the prevention and treatment effect of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Shougang area. Methods Stroke death data and household registration population of household population in Shougang district during 2003-2012 were respectively from the registration system of cause and death information of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shijingshan District and the Bureau of Statistics of Shijingshan District. Regression analysis was used to calculate the change trend and annual change rate of stroke mortality. Results Between 2003 and 2012, a total of 2 537 CCP residents died of stroke, including 1 474 (58.1%) males and 1 063 females (41.9%) females. In the period of 2003-2012, the death rate of residents in Shougang district was 59.9 / 100,000, 70.5 / 100000 for males and 49.2 / 100000 for females. The standardized death rate of residents in Shougang district decreased from 2003 to 2012, with an average annual decline of 3.6% (P = 0.005), a decrease of 4.9% for women (P = 0.002) and a 2.5% reduction for males (P = 0.075 ). During 10 years, the standardized mortality in the 55- to 64-year-old group and the 65-74 year-old group showed a decreasing trend (b = -0.071, P = 0.015; b = -0.055, P = 0.002). Conclusions The standardized death rate of stroke in Shougang district decreased from 2003 to 2012. The decline tendency of female was obvious. The residents over 55 years old showed a decreasing trend. Long-term hypertension management in Shougang may be responsible for the decline in stroke mortality in the region.
