[目的]分析比较墨玉县综合医院和县卫生院医务人员工作满意度的情况,并分析其相关影响因素,为管理者制定相关政策提供一定的参考依据。[方法]以墨玉县医务人员为研究对象,进行自填式问卷调查,采用Spector教授1985年开发的JSS工作满意度量表进行调查。[结果]墨玉县少数民族医务工作者工作满意度总体得分为115.398分,最低得分为工作流程满意度得分10.831分,最高得分为工作性质得分14.981分;县综合医院医务人员的工作满意度总分低于县卫生院(P<0.001);除工作性质外,其余在薪酬、晋升和领导等8个维度上县综合医院和县卫生院得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]医务人员工作满意度处于偏低水平,医疗机构、性别、职称、学历和有无培训机会是工作满意度的影响因素。医院及政府部门应采取相关措施,提高少数民族医务人员的工作满意度,稳定医疗队伍。
[Objective] To analyze and compare the job satisfaction of medical workers in Moyu County General Hospital and County Hospital, analyze the related factors and provide some references for managers to formulate relevant policies. [Methods] With the medical staff in Moyu County as the research object, self-contained questionnaire was used to investigate the JSS job satisfaction scale developed by Professor Spector in 1985. [Results] The overall score of Job Satisfaction of Minority Medical Workers in Moyu County was 115.398, the lowest score was 10.831 in the workflow satisfaction score and the highest score was 14.981 in the nature of work. The total job satisfaction of medical staff in County General Hospital (P <0.001). In addition to the nature of the work, the scores of the county general hospitals and county hospitals in the eight dimensions of salary, promotion and leadership were significantly different (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The medical staff’s job satisfaction is at a low level. The medical institution, sex, professional title, education background and training opportunity are the influencing factors of job satisfaction. Hospitals and government departments should take relevant measures to enhance the job satisfaction of medical staff of ethnic minorities and stabilize the medical team.
