在城乡分治、一国两策的制度框架下,虽然辽宁农民工维权工作取得了可喜进展,但目前仍面临不可回避的现实问题。鉴于农民工自身特点以及权益受损现状,政府必须把解决农民工权益保障问题作为一项复杂的系统工程来抓,在新的历史条件下做出适合市场经济发展的对策选择。
Under the institutional framework of dividing towns and villages and implementing one country and two policies, although Liaoning’s migrant workers made gratifying progress in safeguarding their rights, they still face unavoidable practical problems. In view of the characteristics of migrant workers themselves and the status quo of rights and interests damaged, the government must take measures to solve the problem of safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers as a complex systematic project, and make policy choices suitable for the development of market economy under the new historical conditions.
