国家同步辐射实验室(NSRL)现已装备一台6Tesla单周期超导扭摆磁铁(Wiggler),把合肥同步辐射光源的可用范围延伸到X-射线,以满足部分X-射线用户的要求。由Wiggler光源引出的3条光束线,分别用于X-射线吸收精细结构(XAFS),生物大分子晶体多波长反常衍射(MAD),X-射线深度光刻(LIGA)和高分辨X-射线衍射(HRXD)的研究。本文主要介绍首建的XAFS光束线及其实验站的真空联锁保护与控制系统,概述了光束线前端区的真空保护,解析了光束线真空联锁保护的关键部件—快阀及其控制器,给出了该光束线真空联锁保护与控制的要点以及逻辑控制。
The National Synchrotron Radiation Facility (NSRL) is now equipped with a 6 Tesla single-cycle superconducting wiggler, extending the available range of Hefei synchrotron radiation sources to X-rays to meet the needs of some X-ray users. The three beam lines derived from a Wiggler light source are used for X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS), biological macromolecule multi-wavelength anomalous diffraction (MAD), X-ray depth lithography (LIGA) and high resolution X-ray Diffraction (HRXD) research.
