为制得理想的场发射体,比较了多晶钨丝与单晶钨丝在三种不同腐蚀液中的腐蚀结果。提出通过观察“腐蚀斑”的形状变化来控制腐蚀条件的一种简单、有效、直观的方法。
In order to obtain the ideal field emitter, the corrosion results of polycrystalline tungsten filament and single crystal tungsten filament in three different etching solutions were compared. A simple, effective and intuitive method for controlling the corrosion condition by observing the change of the shape of the “corroded spots” is proposed.
