目的建立气相色谱—电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定植物性食品中亚胺硫磷含量的检测方法。方法样品经有机溶剂苯提取后,浓缩定容,利用气相色谱仪毛细管柱和ECD检测器对样品进行检测。结果该方法测定的最低检出限为0.01mg/kg,当加标剂量为0.6、1.8mg/kg时,回收率为91.7%、85.6%,相对标准偏差为2.75%。结论该方法操作简便,重现性好,比国标方法中用GC-FPD测定,灵敏度更高,峰形也更好,是检测植物性食品中亚胺硫磷的有效测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of imine content in plant foods by gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD). Methods After the sample was extracted with benzene as organic solvent, the sample was concentrated and concentrated. The sample was detected by gas chromatography capillary column and ECD detector. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.01 mg / kg. When the spiked doses were 0.6 and 1.8 mg / kg, the recoveries were 91.7% and 85.6%, respectively. The relative standard deviation was 2.75%. Conclusions The method is simple, reproducible and has higher sensitivity and peak shape than the GC-FPD method in the national standard method. It is an effective method for the determination of imidacloprid in plant foods.
