在20万t/a粒状MAP装置的基础上,采用酸氨法无填充剂造粒技术改产尿基复合肥。介绍改造后的工艺流程、主要设备、主要改造内容及取得的效果:产品质量提高;原料成本降低,年节约750余万元;煤、电耗降低,年节约成本225万元。该技术生产尿基复合肥非常适合于具有硫酸、合成氨资源的大型化肥企业采用。
On the basis of 200,000 t / a granular MAP device, urea-based compound fertilizer was reformed by the acid ammonium method without filler granulation technology. Introduce the technological process after transformation, major equipment, main contents of transformation and the results obtained: product quality improvement; raw material cost reduction, the annual savings of more than 750 million; coal, electricity consumption decreased, the annual cost savings of 2.25 million yuan. The technology of urine-based compound fertilizer is very suitable for large-scale fertilizer enterprises with sulfuric acid, ammonia resources.
