以儿茶素类和咖啡碱含量为筛选指标,对川渝地区野生大茶树资源进行调查研究.采用高效液相色谱法检测茶样中儿茶素类和咖啡碱含量.结果显示:川渝地区野生大茶树儿茶素总量的变幅为8.028%-17.686%;酯型儿茶素含量的变幅为1.108%-15.454%,其中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)含量的变幅为0.344%-13.248%;非酯型儿茶素含量的变幅为1.877%-7.496%;咖啡碱含量的变幅为0.323%-6.252%,其中黄山苦茶的咖啡碱含量只有0.323%.发现了4份高EGCG茶树资源,其EGCG含量大于7%;1份超高含量EGCG茶树资源,其EGCG含量大于13%;2份高酯型儿茶素/儿茶素总量之比的茶树资源,其比值大于80%;2份高咖啡碱茶树资源,其咖啡碱含量均大于5%;1份低咖啡碱茶树资源,咖啡碱含量只有0.323%,是一种天然的低咖啡碱茶树资源.
Using catechins and caffeine as screening indexes, the resources of wild big tea trees in Sichuan and Chongqing were investigated, and the contents of catechins and caffeine in tea samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that: The content of tea catechins varied from 8.028% to 17.686%, while the content of ester-type catechins varied from 1.108% to 15.454%. The content of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) was 0.344 % -13.248%; the content of non-esterified catechins ranged from 1.877% to 7.496%; the range of caffeine content varied from 0.323% to 6.252%, of which cassia was only 0.323% EGCG tea tree resources, the EGCG content is more than 7%; 1 tea tree resources of ultra-high content EGCG, the EGCG content is more than 13%; 2 tea ester resources of high ester type catechin / catechin total ratio, 80%; 2 high-caffeine tea resources, the caffeine content is greater than 5%; 1 low caffeine tea resources, caffeine content of only 0.323%, is a natural low-caffeine tea resources.
