随着农业生产责任制的逐步完善,特别是连年丰收,农民经济水平有了明显提高,广大农民希望自己的孩子多读书,读好书,把孩子留在家里劳动已不成为突出的问题。但现在不少学校仍出现流生,根据我们了解,主要是由于少数教师不关心差生,致使他们因学业成绩跟不上班,失去学习信心而不愿意上学。这是一个比较突出的原因。针对这一情况,我们经常和教师一起,学习中央有关普及小学教育的指示,明确教育工作
With the gradual improvement of the responsibility system for agricultural production, especially the bumper crops in successive years, the economic level of peasants has been significantly improved. The majority of peasants want their children to read more, read books, and keep their children at home. Labor has not become a prominent issue. However, many schools still appear to be fluent. According to our understanding, it is mainly due to the fact that a small number of teachers do not care about poor students. As a result, they are reluctant to go to school because their academic performance is not at work and they lose their confidence in learning. This is a more prominent reason. In response to this situation, we often work with teachers to learn the central government’s instructions for universal primary education and clarify education work.
