高职网络化数控实训的实践探讨

进入新世纪,我国主动承接国际制造业的转移,加快新型工业化进程,努力打造国际制造业基地,对技能型应用人才的需求不断增大,高等职业教育承载着培养直接服务于生产一线新型人才的历史重任;随着现代科技的高速发展,先进制造技术——特别是信息化技术已应用于各高职院校的工程实践教学过程中,数控技术实训已成为工程实践教学的重要内容。我校针对数控实训的特点,建成了以服务器、计算机、扫描仪、打印机、多媒体投影机和数控机床为主体的局域网络,实现了数控程序的传递、信息共享、设备共享,实现了数控实训教学网络化模式。实践证明:对培养学生的创新能力成效显著。 In the new century, China has taken the initiative in undertaking the transfer of international manufacturing industry, accelerating the process of new-type industrialization, and striving to build an international manufacturing base. The demand for skilled application talents has been constantly increasing. Higher vocational education carries the responsibility of cultivating new talents who directly serve the production frontline Historical task; with the rapid development of modern science and technology, advanced manufacturing technology - especially information technology has been applied in the engineering practice of higher vocational colleges in teaching process, numerical control technology training has become an important part of engineering practice teaching. According to the characteristics of numerical control training, our school built a local area network with servers, computers, scanners, printers, multimedia projectors and CNC machine tools as the main body to realize the transfer of NC programs, information sharing and equipment sharing, Training teaching network model. Practice shows that: the training of students’ innovative ability has achieved remarkable results.
