某矿在井口的东边有一个亮相台,一个表扬台。凡严重违章者都按2221帮教程序进行亮相,只要出现新的严重违章的就按时更换。而相邻的表扬台却总是空空如也,甚至一季度也不会出现一个先进人物或安全上做出成绩的单位。是真的没有值得表扬的人和事吗?回答是否定的。笔者认为,反面的教育固然能使人引以为戒,可正面教育同样具有不可低估的感召力。一个好的典型人物和事迹,同样会对安全生产产生久远的影响。 因此,笔者希望有关单位和部门在抓好“三违”亮相的同时,别忘了表扬台上的那片空白。
