目的:研究飞龙掌血乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、硅胶及凝胶柱色谱法对飞龙掌血乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从飞龙掌血的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,通过波谱数据及理化性质分别鉴定为茵芋碱(1)、γ-花椒碱(2)、白屈菜红碱(3)、二氢白屈菜红碱(4)、异茴芹内酯(5)、去甲布拉易林(6)和氧化两面针碱(7)。结论:化合物6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Ethyl Acetate in Paeoniae Alba. Methods: The ethyl acetate fraction of Radix Paeoniae Rubra was separated and purified by thin-layer chromatography, silica gel and gel column chromatography. The structure was identified by physico-chemical methods and spectroscopic data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Helianthus annuus, and were identified as alkaloids (1), γ-prunella (2), chelerythrine (3) by spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties , Dihydroquercetin (4), anisonolactone (5), noradrenaline (6) and nitidine oxide (7). Conclusion: Compound 6 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
