目的:优选青蒿有效部位的提取工艺并评价其驱蚊效果。方法:采用单因素试验筛选青蒿驱蚊有效部位的提取方法;以挥发油得率为指标,通过正交试验考察时间、温度及压力对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。以有效保护率为指标,评价青蒿提取物的驱蚊效果。结果:采用超临界CO2萃取工艺,其最佳萃取工艺为温度60℃,压力30 MPa,时间2 h,挥发油得率约0.35%。制备的青蒿驱蚊提取物(质量浓度>0.05 g·mL-1)在2 h内有效保护率达99%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定合理,具有较好的驱蚊作用。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of effective parts of Artemisia annua and evaluate the repellent effect. Methods: The single factor test was used to screen the effective parts of A. repens. The volatile oil yield was used as an index to determine the optimum extraction process through orthogonal experiment. Effective protection rate as an indicator to evaluate the mosquito extract repellent effect. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 60 ℃, pressure 30 MPa, time 2 h, volatile oil yield 0.35%. The prepared A. repens extract (mass concentration> 0.05 g · mL-1) effectively protected 99% within 2 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and reasonable, and has good repellent effect.
